1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and sportzfy2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://sportzfy2.cam. sportzfy2 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform operated for the Malaysian market.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sportzfy2 platform — including its sports betting, live dealer, slots, crash games, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by an individual on the sportzfy2 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's sportzfy2 account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit amount granted by sportzfy2 to a User, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by a User into their sportzfy2 account balance via a supported payment method, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or cryptocurrency.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's sportzfy2 account balance to an external payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including but not limited to first-time withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the sportzfy2 website, its subdomains, mobile interface, and all associated services and content.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of wagered funds returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds for a given game.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction a User may apply to their account, preventing access for a defined or indefinite period.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on sportzfy2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. sportzfy2 is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals below this age threshold, and we conduct age verification as part of the KYC process.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal structures may not register accounts.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of use.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from sportzfy2 or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion agreement or disciplinary account closure.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the sportzfy2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, and your preferred deposit currency (MYR). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sportzfy2 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal request, sportzfy2 will require you to complete identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. You will be asked to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad or a valid international passport — along with proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

KYC documentation is reviewed during Malaysian business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 MYT), with priority processing for accounts with pending withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in your withdrawal being held in suspension until the verification process is finalised.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account. You must notify sportzfy2 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. sportzfy2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security, available through your account settings panel.

5. Terms of Use

By using the sportzfy2 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sportzfy2 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of its services.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. sportzfy2 does not guarantee winnings, and the outcome of all games and betting markets is subject to chance. You agree to wager only funds that you can afford to lose without material impact on your financial obligations.

All bets and wagers placed through the sportzfy2 platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or reversed by the user unless a specific feature (such as cash-out, where available) is explicitly offered for a given market.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

sportzfy2 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account tier.

All funds deposited into sportzfy2 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sportzfy2 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification is complete; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) your withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits for your account tier; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active disputes or compliance flags.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow transfers within 1–15 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to network confirmation times. These timelines represent standard processing and may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, sportzfy2 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all sportzfy2 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes fraud.
• sportzfy2 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued.
• Bonuses that have been credited in error will be reclaimed from a user's balance. sportzfy2 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's reliance on an erroneously credited bonus.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 per transaction) is subject to additional specific terms published on the relevant promotional page.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets offered through sportzfy2, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events, and international football competitions, are governed by specific market rules. These rules determine how each market is settled in the event of cancellations, postponements, walkovers, or other exceptional circumstances.

For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) and RNG-based slot titles, the rules of each individual game — including bet limits, RTP values, and payout structures — are displayed within the game interface and governed by the certified rules of the relevant game studio. The published RTP for each game reflects the theoretical return over a statistically significant number of rounds and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

sportzfy2 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a software error, data feed failure, pricing error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control that materially affected the outcome or pricing of a market. In such cases, all affected stakes will be returned to user balances in full.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sportzfy2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the sportzfy2 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or its games for financial gain;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to use your account;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment made to sportzfy2 except in cases of genuinely unauthorised transactions;
• Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any proprietary content from the sportzfy2 platform without written authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sportzfy2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, game interfaces, sound recordings, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of sportzfy2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sportzfy2 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any sportzfy2 content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sportzfy2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the sportzfy2 platform, including but not limited to: financial losses arising from wagering activity; loss of data; interruptions to platform availability; or errors in odds, game results, or balance calculations.

In all cases, sportzfy2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

sportzfy2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• A chargeback, payment reversal, or unresolved dispute initiated by the user or their payment provider;
• Requests submitted by regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Discovery that the user does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, sportzfy2 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. In all other cases of account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their most recently used verified payment method.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sportzfy2 customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed.

13. Responsible Gambling

15. Amendments

sportzfy2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the sportzfy2 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sportzfy2 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through sportzfy2's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
